After its fifty years of an educational
institution, the Catanduanes State University (CatSU) through its newly
installed SUC President III, Dr. Patrick Alain T. Azanza, secured an ambulance
from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO). The move was
possible with the support of Gov. Joseph Boboy Cua and Mr. Anjo De Leon of
PCSO, himself a CatSU alumnus.
Dr. Azanza expressed his gratitude to Gov. Cua and
Mr. De Leon for their relentless support for providing the institution its
first ambulance after 50 years. โSalamat Gov. Joseph Boboy Cua and Anjo De Leon of
PCSO, sa tulong ninyong dalawa na magkaroon ang CatSU ng kauna-unahang
ambulansya in 50 years,โ he said.
This โAmbulance Donation Programโ by the PCSO is
one of the agencyโs significant contributions to the government health
initiatives especially in developing the countryโs health care system.
Fortunately, because of the partnership of the various government agencies and
non-government agencies in the province and the collaborative minds of its
leaders, Catanduanes now has three additional ambulances for the improvement of
the quality of health service that Catandunganons deserve.
โBasta talaga nagtutulungan ang mga pinuno ng
lalawigan, maraming biyaya ang napupunta sa mga mamamayan ng Isla,โ Dr. Azanza
added.
In his fb post, the CatSU President also gave
appreciation to PCSO General Manager Royina Garma; AGM Julieta Aseo; Atty.
Marina Medrano and also Chairman Anselmo Simeon P. Pinili . โAt higit sa lahat,
sobrang special na pasasalamat kay Chairman Anselmo Simeon P. Pinili na siyang
naglakad at nag-apruba sa request nating ito,โDr. Azanza said.
The University continues its collaboration, not just with the government agencies but also with the private sectors to maintain excellent services to the community particularly to all CatSUans.#GZafe
