The working President touches base again, this time with members of the Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (TODA) stationed within the Catanduanes State University (CatSU) front grounds.

Dr. Patrick Alain T. Azanza, CatSU's SUC President III, was reunited again with TODA members led by Mr. Cambonga, as he graced the trike drivers' anniversary celebrations on Friday, September 3, 2021 held at the Main Building Lobby. Cong. Hector S. Sanchez, himself a member of the University's Board of Regents (BOR), gave out with Pres. Azanza his office's token and packed items for each of the TODA members during the occasion. The solon was represented by his staff, Ms Camille Gianan who oversaw the distribution of packed items from the Congressional Office.
 

With Pres. Azanza during the event was CatSU's Vice-President for Admin and Financial Affairs, Dr. Ma. Edna R. Inigo. As with his previous brush with the TODA members, the President gamely shared his mind and wits with the TODA members while he reiterated his appeciations for their commitment and service to the riding constituents of the University, day in and day out. "Mabuhay po ang TODA at maraming salamat sa maayos ninyong serbisyo sa mga taga CatSU (Long live TODA and thank you very much for serving CatSU constituents well), " Dr. Azanza said.  #ESV
